    About our plumbing services

Plumbing is one of those things you rarely think about until something goes wrong — a tap that won't stop dripping, a shower that drains slowly, or a hot water system that gives up on the coldest morning of the year. Our licensed plumbers look after the everyday repairs as well as the bigger jobs, and we explain what's happening in plain English so you can make a decision without needing to know the trade jargon.

A typical call starts with a proper look at the problem rather than a guess. For blocked drains that can mean running a drain camera through the line to see whether the cause is a build-up of grease and hair, a collapsed section of pipe, or tree roots working their way in through a joint. Once we know what we're dealing with, we talk you through the options — clearing and jetting the line, relining a damaged section, or replacing pipework where relining isn't suitable — along with an upfront quote before any work starts.

The issues we're called out for most often are blocked drains and toilets, leaking or dripping taps, running cisterns, low water pressure, burst or corroded pipes, leaking mixers and shower outlets, and hot water systems that have stopped heating or started leaking at the base. We also do the planned work: rough-in and fit-off for bathroom and kitchen renovations, tapware and fixture upgrades, gas fitting for cooktops and heaters, and pipe relining as a less disruptive alternative to digging up a driveway or garden bed.

It matters because small plumbing faults quietly get expensive. A slow leak behind a wall can damage plasterboard, flooring and framing long before you see a stain, and a partially blocked drain usually becomes a fully blocked one at the worst possible moment. Water damage repairs almost always cost more than the plumbing fix that would have prevented them, which is why we'd rather sort a minor issue early than come back to a bigger one later.

All of our plumbing work is carried out by licensed, insured tradespeople, and we work across houses, apartments, strata common property and commercial premises. You'll get a clear quote, a tidy work area, and a straight answer about what needs doing now versus what can wait.

    FAQs

    Plumbing questions, answered

How much does it cost to fix a blocked drain in Sydney?

Costs vary depending on the location and severity of the blockage, and whether specialist equipment like drain cameras or jetting is needed. We provide an upfront quote before any work begins so there are no surprises.

Do I need a licensed plumber for hot water system repairs?

Yes — hot water system work, particularly anything involving gas or electrical connections, must be carried out by a licensed plumber in NSW. Our team is fully licensed and insured for residential and commercial plumbing work.

Can you fix a leaking tap the same day?

In most cases, yes. Minor repairs like leaking taps are usually straightforward and can often be completed in a single visit, subject to parts availability.

Do you handle plumbing for strata and commercial properties, not just homes?

Yes — we regularly work with strata managers and commercial property owners across Sydney, alongside residential clients.
