Pressure Washing
Professional pressure washing services to revive driveways, decks, fences, and building exteriors. Remove years of grime and buildup with our high-powered cleaning solutions.
About our pressure washing services
Grime builds up so gradually that most people stop noticing it. Driveways go from pale concrete to a dull grey, pavers develop dark patches in the shade, and rendered walls pick up a green film on the southern side. Pressure washing lifts that build-up off the surface and usually makes the biggest visual difference of any job you can do to the outside of a property.
The work itself is more considered than simply pointing a wand at a wall. We assess each surface first, because pressure, nozzle choice and distance all need to suit the material — sealed concrete, exposed aggregate, sandstone, pavers, timber decking, colorbond, render and painted surfaces all behave differently. Where organic growth like mould, lichen or algae is involved, a pre-treatment does most of the work so the surface can be cleaned at a lower pressure rather than being blasted. We also keep an eye on drainage and runoff, and protect garden beds, fittings and adjacent finishes before we start.
The jobs we're asked for most often are driveways, paths and entryways, deck and patio cleaning, fence and retaining wall restoration, building exterior and render washing, pool surrounds and outdoor entertaining areas, carpark and shared driveway cleaning, and graffiti removal. For strata and commercial properties we can work outside business hours or in stages so access and parking aren't disrupted.
Beyond appearance, there's a practical reason to keep hard surfaces clean. Mould and algae make paths and steps genuinely slippery when wet, which is a real safety issue around entries, pool areas and shared walkways. Ground-in dirt and organic growth also hold moisture against the surface over time, and a clean surface is the only sound starting point if you're planning to seal, oil or repaint afterwards.
We handle single driveways through to whole-building washdowns, and we'll tell you honestly what result to expect on your surface — some staining is permanent, and we'd rather set the expectation up front than promise a finish the material can't give.
